Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight/size of the order. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination:
- Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days
Please note that these are only estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume during peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your international order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey to its destination.
International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply once your order reaches your destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. However, once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or because the carrier could not complete the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Shipping Issues or Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may ask for photos of the damage to assess the situation and provide a replacement or a refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. Please ensure that all information is accurate before confirming your purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We offer physical and digital products on this website. For the digital products, there is no physical shipping. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your digital colour palette in PDF format. No shipping fees or waiting times. Simply download and enjoy!
Refunds are not available for digital palettes.
